Vesugen Peptide
Vesugen Peptide
Vesugen is a synthetic tripeptide bioregulator designed to support vascular health by promoting endothelial function, microcirculation, and the integrity of blood vessel walls. It enhances angiogenic repair and protects against age-related vascular decline, making it ideal for research into cardiovascular resilience and tissue oxygenation.

What is Vesugen?
Vesugen is a precision-engineered tripeptide bioregulator (Lys-Glu-Asp) developed within the Khavinson peptide research program to specifically target vascular tissue at the cellular level. Unlike conventional cardiovascular support compounds that act on symptoms, Vesugen works at the genetic and epigenetic level, interacting with DNA in endothelial cells to regulate protein synthesis, cellular repair, and vascular integrity.
What makes Vesugen unique?
What sets Vesugen apart is its tissue-specific signaling capability - a hallmark of bioregulator peptides. Research suggests it can modulate key pathways involved in aging, including SIRT1 activation, endothelial regeneration, and stem cell proliferation, helping restore youthful function to blood vessels. Studies in aging models and clinical settings have linked Vesugen to improvements in microcirculation, vascular elasticity, and early-stage atherosclerosis markers, positioning it as a promising compound in cardiovascular and longevity science.
Key benefits:
- Supports vascular health at the cellular level by regulating endothelial cell metabolism and repair
- Improves microcirculation and blood flow, enhancing oxygen and nutrient delivery to tissues
- Helps reduce endothelial dysfunction, a key driver of cardiovascular disease
- Demonstrates anti-atherosclerotic activity in clinical and preclinical studies
- Stimulates stem cell activity and tissue regeneration, supporting vascular repair
- Activates SIRT1 and longevity-associated pathways, linked to anti-aging effects
- Enhances vascular elasticity and resilience, helping maintain healthy blood vessel function over time
- May increase microvascular density (2.5–2.8× in aging models), improving circulation efficiency

Pre-Filled Pen
Composition: Each pen contains 20mg Vesugen. Other ingredients - bacteriostatic water.
Directions: Inject subcutaneously once per day in the morning.
Low dose: 0.5 mg = 8 clicks (lasts 38 days)
Moderate dose: 1 mg = 15 clicks (lasts 20 days)
High dose: 1.5 mg = 23 clicks (lasts 13 days)
Hygiene: Use a new needle daily. Each pen comes with 10 needles, additional needles can be purchased here.
Storage: Keep refrigerated, use within 30 days.
Nasal Spray
Directions: Take four sprays (two in each nostril or under the tongue) per day in the morning (lasts 12 days).
Storage: Keep refrigerated. Minimize exposure to heat, light and air.
Mixing Instructions:
1) Assemble the syringe and needle; draw up and inject 2ml of sterile saline solution (provided) into the peptide vial (by popping off the plastic cap and injecting the water via the rubber stopper) then allow the powder to dissolve (do not shake).
2) You can gently swirl the peptide vial if needed to make sure that all the powder has dissolved and then draw out all the liquid from the vial with the syringe and inject it into the amber nasal spray bottle (You can turn the vial upside down if needed to get all the liquid out).
3) Add an additional 4ml of sterile saline solution (provided) into the amber nasal spray bottle and tighten the white nasal atomizer. It is now ready to be administered as per dosage directions and stored in the fridge to prevent degradation.
