This stuff is powerful and does exactly what you expect it to! I take 3-5mg daily for performance and longevity. I experienced some of the known temporary side effects (headaches, lower back pain, heartburn) but they passed in a few days and don't bother me anymore. Only benefits of performance in the bedroom and gym from there. A microgram scale is definitely recommended for dosing. It's very easy to get the dosing wrong without it.
