Our Commitment to Quality

At the core of our mission is an unwavering commitment to your health and trust: we employ a rigorous, multi-phase quality control system - backed by accredited certifications and total transparency - to ensure every product we stock is pure, safe, and consistently meets the highest industry standards. From material sourcing through final batch testing, our processes are continually refined to guarantee potency and prevent cross-contamination.

Trusted & Vetted Suppliers

We partner only with the most reputable international suppliers known for their superior quality and competitive pricing. Our suppliers must provide pharmaceutical-grade products with purity levels above 99%. To become one of our approved suppliers, these companies are required to follow strict quality control standards, including cGMP, ISO 9001, and HACCP certification.

Manufacturer & Supplier Testing

Every product we offer undergoes stringent testing by the manufacturer as well as the supplier after manufacturing. These tests are performed for each batch and are documented in the product's Certificate of Analysis (COA) that verifies its identity, purity, and potency, which is available on request. Testing methods include:

  • Purity Testing via HPLC

High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) is used to make sure each batch of product is pure and consistent. In HPLC, a pressurized liquid carries your product through a special column that separates its individual components. As each component exits the column, a light-based detector measures it, confirming both identity and purity.

  • Contaminant Screening via ICP-MS

Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS) is used to ensure our compounds are free of toxic metals. In this process, the product is vaporized into a super-hot plasma that breaks atoms into charged ions. These ions are then sorted and counted by their weight, allowing the detection of even trace amounts of arsenic, cadmium, mercury, and lead.

  • Identity Verification via UV-Vis Spectroscopy

Ultraviolet–Visible (UV-Vis) Spectroscopy is used to confirm the identity and concentration of key ingredients. A beam of UV and visible light passes through a solution, and the wavelengths which gets absorbed are measured. Each compound has a unique “absorption fingerprint,” and so shows exactly what’s in every batch.

In-house Testing and Confirmation

We perform additional, in-house testing on all products to ensure the highest level of quality control. Our methods include:

  • Solubility Analysis: We determine the purity of a substance by analyzing its solubility in specific solvents at precise temperatures.
  • Melting Point Determination: We confirm product integrity by examining its melting point, ensuring it aligns with established scientific literature values and free of impurities.
  • Organoleptic Analysis: We assess the visual appearance, texture, smell, and taste of raw materials and make sure they are in accordance with documented scientific literature.
  • Foreign Materials Inspection: All raw materials are carefully sifted and inspected for any foreign contaminants. Materials that do not meet our strict standards are set aside for further analysis.
  • Halaal & Kosher: All our capsules and every ingredient we use are certified Halal and Kosher, ensuring they meet the highest standards of both Islamic and Jewish dietary laws.
