Effective product, minor moisture issue

Very happy with the quality of this Noopept. The powder is potent, pure, and has no signs of degradation. My only critique is that the batch arrived clumpy due to moisture getting past the seal at some point. It didn't ruin the product, but a better airtight seal or a small silica packet inside would make this a perfect 5/5.
