Thymalin Peptide
Thymalin Peptide
Thymalin is a synthetic peptide extract from the thymus gland designed to modulate immune function, enhance T-cell differentiation, and support overall adaptive immunity for healthy defense mechanisms. It promotes balanced cytokine production and cellular repair, making it ideal for research into immune resilience, anti-aging, and recovery from stressors.

What is Thymalin?
Thymalin is a thymus-derived peptide bioregulator originally developed in the Soviet Union to address immune decline and age-related dysfunction at its root. Extracted from thymus tissue, it contains a complex of bioactive peptides that act directly on the body’s immune control center—helping regulate and restore T-cell production, which naturally declines with age. Unlike conventional immune boosters, Thymalin doesn’t overstimulate - it works at a deeper level, helping recalibrate immune function toward a more balanced, youthful state.
What makes Thymalin unique?
What makes Thymalin unique is its gene-regulatory mechanism. Research shows these short peptides interact with DNA and chromatin structures to influence gene expression in immune cells - supporting T-lymphocyte differentiation, cytokine balance, and cellular longevity. Clinical studies spanning decades have linked Thymalin to improved immune markers, reduced infection rates, and even significant reductions in mortality among aging populations, positioning it as one of the most extensively studied peptide bioregulators in longevity science.
Key benefits:
- Supports T-cell production and maturation, essential for adaptive immunity
- Helps restore immune balance rather than overstimulating immune activity
- Demonstrated immune system recovery in immunocompromised and aging populations
- Promotes differentiation of immune stem cells into active T-lymphocytes
- May reduce infection severity and improve clinical outcomes in immune-related conditions
- Associated with anti-aging and longevity effects, including improved survival rates in long-term studies
- Supports cytokine regulation and inflammatory balance
- May enhance cellular repair and resilience through gene expression modulation

Pre-Filled Pen
Composition: Each pen contains 10mg Thymalin. Other ingredients - bacteriostatic water.
Directions: Inject subcutaneously once per day in the morning.
Low dose: 0.5 mg = 15 clicks (lasts 20 days)
Moderate dose: 0.75 mg = 22 clicks (lasts 14 days)
High dose: 1 mg = 30 clicks (lasts 10 days)
Hygiene: Use a new needle daily. Each pen comes with 10 needles, additional needles can be purchased here.
Storage: Keep refrigerated, use within 30 days.
Nasal Spray
Directions: Take four sprays (two in each nostril or under the tongue) per day in the morning (lasts 12 days).
Storage: Keep refrigerated. Minimize exposure to heat, light and air.
Mixing Instructions:
1) Assemble the syringe and needle; draw up and inject 2ml of sterile saline solution (provided) into the peptide vial (by popping off the plastic cap and injecting the water via the rubber stopper) then allow the powder to dissolve (do not shake).
2) You can gently swirl the peptide vial if needed to make sure that all the powder has dissolved and then draw out all the liquid from the vial with the syringe and inject it into the amber nasal spray bottle (You can turn the vial upside down if needed to get all the liquid out).
3) Add an additional 4ml of sterile saline solution (provided) into the amber nasal spray bottle and tighten the white nasal atomizer. It is now ready to be administered as per dosage directions and stored in the fridge to prevent degradation.
