Livagen Peptide
Livagen Peptide
Livagen is a synthetic tetrapeptide designed to support liver health, detoxification pathways, and cellular regeneration in hepatocytes through targeted bioregulation. It promotes protein synthesis, antioxidant defense, and protection against toxin-induced damage, making it ideal for research into metabolic optimization and organ resilience.

What is Livagen?
Livagen is a synthetic tetrapeptide bioregulator composed of the amino acid sequence Lys-Glu-Asp-Ala (KEDA), originally developed in peptide research focused on organ-specific cellular regulation. It is most widely studied for its targeted interaction with liver cells (hepatocytes), where it influences gene expression, protein synthesis, and cellular repair pathways at the molecular level.
What makes Livagen unique?
What sets Livagen apart is its proposed ability to act at the level of DNA—specifically through chromatin modulation, a mechanism shown in preclinical studies to “decondense” tightly packed DNA and reactivate silenced genes associated with aging and cellular decline. This epigenetic activity, combined with its hepatoprotective effects observed in animal models, positions Livagen as a unique peptide within the broader category of regenerative and longevity-focused research compounds.
Key benefits:
- Supports liver cell function (hepatoprotection) – Demonstrated protective effects in preclinical models of liver stress and fibrosis
- Activates gene expression at the DNA level – Shown to induce chromatin decondensation and reactivate ribosomal genes in aging cells
- Enhances cellular protein synthesis – Reactivation of ribosomal genes may improve cellular repair and regeneration capacity
- Epigenetic anti-aging potential – Studied for reversing age-related gene silencing and restoring a more “youthful” cellular profile
- Modulates enzymatic activity – Inhibits enkephalin-degrading enzymes in laboratory settings, suggesting effects on stress and signaling pathways
- Immune and cellular resilience support – Research indicates improved immune cell activity and oxidative stress response in experimental models

Pre-Filled Pen
Composition: Each pen contains 10mg Livagen. Other ingredients - bacteriostatic water.
Directions: Inject subcutaneously once per day in the morning.
Low dose: 0.3 mg = 9 clicks (lasts 33 days)
Moderate dose: 0.6 mg = 18 clicks (lasts 17 days)
High dose: 1 mg = 30 clicks (lasts 10 days)
Hygiene: Use a new needle daily. Each pen comes with 10 needles, additional needles can be purchased here.
Storage: Keep refrigerated, use within 30 days.
Nasal Spray
Directions: Take four sprays (two in each nostril or under the tongue) per day in the morning (lasts 12 days).
Storage: Keep refrigerated. Minimize exposure to heat, light and air.
Mixing Instructions:
1) Assemble the syringe and needle; draw up and inject 2ml of sterile saline solution (provided) into the peptide vial (by popping off the plastic cap and injecting the water via the rubber stopper) then allow the powder to dissolve (do not shake).
2) You can gently swirl the peptide vial if needed to make sure that all the powder has dissolved and then draw out all the liquid from the vial with the syringe and inject it into the amber nasal spray bottle (You can turn the vial upside down if needed to get all the liquid out).
3) Add an additional 4ml of sterile saline solution (provided) into the amber nasal spray bottle and tighten the white nasal atomizer. It is now ready to be administered as per dosage directions and stored in the fridge to prevent degradation.
