KPV Peptide
KPV Peptide
KPV is a melanocortin-derived tri-peptide that delivers targeted anti-inflammatory support for gut, skin, and systemic tissues, helping to calm immune overactivation and promote mucosal healing. By modulating NFκB-driven signaling and pro-inflammatory cytokines, it supports improved barrier integrity, reduced redness and irritation, and faster recovery from inflammatory stressors.

What is KPV?
KPV is a naturally occurring tripeptide derived from alpha-melanocyte stimulating hormone (α-MSH), a regulatory molecule involved in immune modulation and inflammatory signaling. Scientific literature has shown that KPV plays a role in downregulating pro-inflammatory pathways by interacting with key cellular receptors and transcription factors associated with immune balance. Due to its small size and high receptor affinity, KPV is able to exert biological influence with remarkable efficiency compared to longer peptide chains.
What makes KPV unique?
What makes KPV particularly compelling is its documented ability to support intestinal, epithelial, and immune system equilibrium in experimental models. Studies suggest KPV may help regulate cytokine activity and oxidative stress responses, contributing to a more stable cellular environment. Its minimal structure also translates to excellent stability and bioavailability, making it a peptide of growing interest in inflammation-focused research, gut-health investigations, and advanced therapeutic exploration.
Key benefits:
- Modulates inflammatory signaling pathways
- Supports immune system balance through cytokine regulation
- Associated with maintenance of gut and epithelial barrier integrity
- Highly stable tripeptide with efficient cellular interaction
- Derived from a naturally occurring regulatory hormone (α-MSH)
- Widely studied for its role in promoting cellular homeostasis

Nasal Spray
Directions: Take four sprays (two in each nostril or under the tongue) per day in the morning.
Storage: Keep refrigerated. Minimize exposure to heat, light and air.
Mixing Instructions:
Mixing Instructions:
1) Assemble the syringe and needle; draw up and inject 2ml of sterile water (provided) into the peptide vial (by popping off the plastic cap and injecting the water via the rubber stopper) then allow the powder to dissolve (do not shake).
2) You can gently swirl the peptide vial if needed to make sure that all the powder has dissolved and then draw out all the liquid from the vial with the syringe and inject it into the amber nasal spray bottle (You can turn the vial upside down if needed to get all the liquid out).
3) Add an additional 4ml of bacteriostatic water (provided) into the amber nasal spray bottle and tighten the white nasal atomizer. It is now ready to be administered as per dosage directions and stored in the fridge to prevent degradation.
Injectable (SubQ)
Directions: Inject 0.2 ml subcutaneously per day.
Hygiene: Use a new syringe (provided) daily. Use a new alcohol swab (provided) daily to wipe the rubber stopper on the vial before drawing liquid as well as the injection site on the skin.
Storage: Keep refrigerated. Minimize exposure to heat, light and air.
Mixing Instructions:
1) Using a syringe (provided), draw up and inject 2ml (2 x 1ml syringe) of sterile water into the peptide vial (by popping off the plastic cap and injecting the water via the rubber stopper) then allow the powder to dissolve (do not shake).
2) You can gently swirl the peptide vial if needed to make sure that all the powder has dissolved. It is now ready to be administered as per dosage directions and stored in the fridge to prevent degradation.
