The nasal spray stings my nose so it's not pleasant to use.

Hi Desmond, if the spray irritates your nasal passages, what I would suggest is using it sublingually instead (spraying it under your tongue) the absorption is just as good.

Great little product, I am taking four sprays before bed and my sleep is excellent and feel good throughout the day as well. The nasal sprays are so much more convenient than subq injections.
