Dihexa Peptide
Dihexa Peptide
Dihexa is a potent, brain peptide designed to enhance synaptic connectivity and support long-term potentiation, making it a standout candidate for advanced cognitive and neuroregenerative protocols. By acting as a hepatocyte growth factor (HGF)/c-Met agonist, it promotes neuroplasticity, memory formation, and potential repair of damaged neural circuits.

What is Dihexa?
Dihexa (N-hexanoic-Tyr-Ile-(6) aminohexanoic amide) is a synthetic neuroactive peptide derivative originally developed in academic research programs exploring cognitive enhancement and brain repair. It stands out in neuroscience research for its potent ability to influence neuroplasticity — the brain’s capacity to form and reorganize neural connections — by interacting with key growth factor signaling systems.
How does Dihexa work?
Unlike conventional nootropics that mainly shift neurotransmitter levels, Dihexa works through a distinct molecular mechanism: it potentiates the activity of hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) at the c-Met receptor, a signaling pathway involved in neuronal growth, survival, and synaptic connectivity. Preclinical studies show that this action promotes synaptogenesis, increases dendritic spine density, and enhances long-term potentiation (LTP) — the cellular basis of learning and memory.
What makes Dihexa unique?
Because Dihexa is engineered to cross the blood-brain barrier, it reaches the central nervous system to exert effects that appear to go beyond temporary stimulation, potentially facilitating structural changes in neural networks. However, it’s important to note that most data come from preclinical (animal and in vitro) studies, and human clinical evidence is currently very limited.
Key benefits:
- Synaptic Connectivity & Neuroplasticity: Promotes the formation of new synaptic connections and enhances neural network strength, suggesting a structural basis for cognitive improvements in research models.
- Cognitive Enhancement: Demonstrated improvements in learning performance, memory formation, and recall in rodent models with induced cognitive deficits.
- Neuroprotection & Repair: Preclinical evidence suggests Dihexa may support neuronal survival, reduce cell death pathways, and assist recovery after neural injury (e.g., stroke or traumatic brain injury) by stimulating growth factor signaling.
- Potential Relevance to Neurodegenerative Conditions: Research in animal models of Alzheimer’s disease indicates enhanced synaptic density and improved performance in memory tasks, pointing to therapeutic avenues for age-associated cognitive decline.
- Blood-Brain Barrier Penetration: Its small molecular size and design enable effective access to the brain, unlike many larger peptides that are restricted from central nervous system activity.
- Distinct Mechanism from Traditional Nootropics: Targets growth factor pathways rather than solely modulating neurotransmitters, offering a unique approach to cognitive research.

Nasal Spray
Directions: Take four sprays (two in each nostril or under the tongue) per day in the morning.
Storage: Keep refrigerated. Minimize exposure to heat, light and air.
Mixing Instructions:
1) Assemble the syringe and needle; draw up and inject 2ml of sterile water (provided) into the peptide vial (by popping off the plastic cap and injecting the water via the rubber stopper) then allow the powder to dissolve (do not shake).
2) You can gently swirl the peptide vial if needed to make sure that all the powder has dissolved and then draw out all the liquid from the vial with the syringe and inject it into the amber nasal spray bottle (You can turn the vial upside down if needed to get all the liquid out).
3) Add an additional 4ml of bacteriostatic water (provided) into the amber nasal spray bottle and tighten the white nasal atomizer. It is now ready to be administered as per dosage directions and stored in the fridge to prevent degradation.
Injectable (SubQ)
Directions: Inject 0.2 ml subcutaneously per day.
Hygiene: Use a new syringe (provided) daily. Use a new alcohol swab (provided) daily to wipe the rubber stopper on the vial before drawing liquid as well as the injection site on the skin.
Storage: Keep refrigerated. Minimize exposure to heat, light and air.
Mixing Instructions:
1) Using a syringe (provided), draw up and inject 2ml (2 x 1ml syringe) of sterile water into the peptide vial (by popping off the plastic cap and injecting the water via the rubber stopper) then allow the powder to dissolve (do not shake).
2) You can gently swirl the peptide vial if needed to make sure that all the powder has dissolved. It is now ready to be administered as per dosage directions and stored in the fridge to prevent degradation.
