What is Cerebrolysin?
Cerebrolysin is a unique neuropeptide preparation composed of low-molecular-weight bioactive peptides and free amino acids designed to closely mimic the action of naturally occurring neurotrophic factors within the central nervous system. Unlike single-molecule nootropics, Cerebrolysin delivers a complex mixture of neuroactive compounds capable of crossing the blood-brain barrier, where they interact with multiple cellular pathways involved in neuronal growth, repair and survival. Originally developed for neurological applications, it has become one of the most extensively researched peptide-based neurotrophic formulations.
What makes Cerebrolysin unique?
Scientific research suggests that Cerebrolysin exerts multimodal effects by promoting neuroplasticity, stimulating neurogenesis, supporting synaptic function, reducing oxidative stress and protecting neurons against excitotoxic and inflammatory damage. Experimental and clinical studies have investigated its potential role in conditions such as ischemic stroke, traumatic brain injury, vascular dementia, Alzheimer's disease and cognitive impairment. Although research remains ongoing and regulatory approvals differ between countries, Cerebrolysin continues to attract significant interest for its broad neuroprotective and neurorestorative properties.
Key benefits:
- Supports neuronal survival through neurotrophic factor-like activity.
- Promotes neuroplasticity and the formation of new synaptic connections.
- Encourages neurogenesis and neuronal regeneration in experimental models.
- May enhance learning, memory and cognitive performance.
- Investigated for improving functional recovery following ischemic stroke.
- Studied for supporting recovery after traumatic brain injury.
- Demonstrates anti-apoptotic (cell-protective) effects in neuronal tissue.
- Helps reduce oxidative stress associated with neuronal damage.
- May suppress neuroinflammatory pathways implicated in neurodegeneration.
- Supports mitochondrial function and neuronal energy metabolism.
- Investigated for slowing cognitive decline in Alzheimer's disease and vascular dementia.
- May improve attention, executive function and mental processing speed.
- Supports synaptic transmission and healthy neurotransmitter activity.
- Exhibits multimodal neuroprotective effects rather than targeting a single pathway.
- One of the most extensively studied peptide formulations in neurological research, with decades of published preclinical and clinical investigations.

Pre-Filled Pen
Composition: Each pen contains 60mg Cerebrolysin. Other ingredients - bacteriostatic water.
Directions: Inject subcutaneously once per day in the morning.
Low dose: 2.5 mg = 13 clicks (lasts 23 days)
Moderate dose: 5 mg = 25 clicks (lasts 12 days)
High dose: 10 mg = 50 clicks (lasts 6 days)
Hygiene: Use a new needle daily. Each pen comes with 10 needles, additional needles can be purchased here.
Storage: Keep refrigerated, use within 30 days.
Nasal Spray
Directions: Take four sprays (two in each nostril or under the tongue) per day in the morning (lasts 12 days).
Storage: Keep refrigerated. Minimize exposure to heat, light and air.
Mixing Instructions:
1) Assemble the syringe and needle; draw up and inject 2ml of sterile saline solution (provided) into the peptide vial (by popping off the plastic cap and injecting the water via the rubber stopper) then allow the powder to dissolve (do not shake).
2) You can gently swirl the peptide vial if needed to make sure that all the powder has dissolved and then draw out all the liquid from the vial with the syringe and inject it into the amber nasal spray bottle (You can turn the vial upside down if needed to get all the liquid out).
3) Add an additional 4ml of sterile saline solution (provided) into the amber nasal spray bottle and tighten the white nasal atomizer. It is now ready to be administered as per dosage directions and stored in the fridge to prevent degradation.
